Reach. Resolve. Reassure.
Africa’s largest independent reinsurance broking group, connecting regional insurance markets with global capacity since 1997.

Mission & Vision

Our Mission
To provide independent, technically rigorous reinsurance broking services that connect African insurance markets with sustainable global capacity, delivering long-term value for cedants and confidence for reinsurers.
Our Vision
To be the most trusted and technically respected independent reinsurance broking group operating across the African continent, recognised equally for our Pan-African expertise and our global market standing.
Core Purpose and Values
Our guiding philosophy is captured in three words: Reach. Resolve. Reassure. These are not marketing slogans; they are operational principles that define how we engage with every client, every placement, and every market.
We connect African insurance markets with the world’s leading reinsurers, Lloyd’s syndicates, and alternative capital providers. Our network spans continents, but our service starts locally, in the markets where our teams live and work.
We bring technical discipline and commercial tenacity to every placement. Complex risks, difficult negotiations, tight capacity environments, and challenging claims are where our team delivers its best work.
We provide regulatory certainty, data integrity, and transparent processes that give both cedants and capacity providers the confidence to act decisively. Our independence ensures that our advice is always aligned with our clients’ interests.
